Sample pans from TKE are generally cheaper than original materials from the equipment
manufacturers.

All our pans are washed and tempered. Washing guarantees your samples are free of foreign matter, so you measure only what you fill in the pan. Tempering removes mechanical tension inside the pan material. This reduces the danger of deformation during a temperature ramp.
TKE sample pans are made in the EU according to our high quality specs.

Universal 6.2 mm DSC Pan
Fits in DSC cells of many manufacturers. This pan is also suitable as lid for Autosampler pans.

DSC Autosampler Pan

Specially shaped pans originally designed for TA Instruments DSC 910 and DSC 2920 analyzers with autosampler. Due to the bottom rim and stronger material these pans are more warp resistant than standard pans. Many customers prefer to use them even without autosampler.

Tzero DSC Sample Pan
Genuine Tzero pans from TA Instruments feature a particularly even ground plate which optimizes the heat flux between thermocouple and sample. Small enthalpy changes will be recognized quicker and preciser.

Tzero Low Mass DSC Sample Pan
Genuine Tzero pans from TA Instruments feature a particularly even ground plate which optimizes the heat flux between thermocouple and sample. Small enthalpy changes will be recognized quicker and preciser. The low mass pan has reduced heat capacity and will respond faster to temperature changes.

Tzero Alodined DSC Sample Pan
These Tzero Pans feature a passivated surface. They are specially suitable for solid samples that contain water oder solvents. For perfect hermetic sealing the Tzero Alodined Hermetic Lid should be used.

Tzero Alodined Hermetic Lid
Mating lid to be used with Tzero Alodined pans. Can be hermetically sealed with the TA Instruments Tzero sample press (901600.901). The passivated surface makes these lids specially suitable for moist samples, so side reactions with the pan material are prevented.
